Yes you need to edit the 'config' notecard and change both the below. You also need to make sure that the names match case  (e.g. if you have "FOODTOWER=SF Bulk Storage" but the item is actually called "SF Bulk storage" it won't work)

Re-reading this, ne thing I noticed was you said you 'had a ton of crops following you' and this might be the issue. When asking to put something into storage, it scans and finds a set number of items closest to it. If you have many items that can not be stored in that particular storage unit, it can see all those first and so gives up. The way I get around that is to click on the items I'm trying to store so they go to the ground, then I move away so those items are closest.

Ah sorry, I misunderstood. Yes, you are right that there is an issue. I had the nutrition values looking for "SF Beef in Cherry Sauce" but I must have renamed it at some point to make it the shorter "Beef Cherry Sauce"

Not sure what you mean. If I get 'SF Cherries' from the Exchange, then use the HUD to do an Inspect, it shows:
Inspect: 25% Cherries
Hungry -20
Thirsty -1
and if I then use them I get:
Using 25% - SF Cherries...
Use: Cherries
Hungry -20
Thirsty -1
So, to me, it seems all is as it should be.

For SF Beef, that is a raw product and so has no nutrional value on its own - it needs to be made into something else.
