Exchange panel communication issue

Good evening Cnayl, the Exchange Panel and the Terminals are often miscommunication with our grid, I wonder if this is normal or if there is something we can do to improve the realization of transactions with points.

For the Quintonia Exchange, the old units won't work now so you need the new ones from the Q2 Edition.  If you are using those, do you get an error message?    Not sure if it's needed but in the [Network] section of OpenSim.ini I have uncommented the OutboundDisallowForUserScriptsExcept =
