I've updated the XP so now those on the next ranking will start getting XP again, at a rate of 1 XP for 10 'completions' in world - hope that makes sense!

At the first rank you get one XP each time the 'XP indicator" gets to maximum. That's what I meant by a 'completion'! At the next rank you effectively get 0.1 XP each time. So it means it takes 10...
