I NEED HELP ASAP I WENT TO A REGION AND MY HUD WENT NUTS NOW IT IS TELLING ME I AM SICK AND MY BATH INDICATOR IS RED AND SO IS MY MEDICATION INDICATOR ALSO AND I DONT NOW WHAT THE MEDS ARE OR HOW TO MAKE THEM PLEASE HELP ME

One option is to go into the Options menu, then Advanced then select Reset. This will reset everything (but you don't lose your points)

Other than that, just sitting in the chair will restore energy then you can make things that involve sitting (such as the spinning wheel etc) to get some health. Also being close to an animal when you pet it, collect milk, eggs etc gives you health.
