You should see a 'gear' icon top right on the photo for the page. Click that and then select Edit Settings and you should be able to change it under "Page name"

I have heard other people say they have issues on 3x3 or larger regions. At the moment the largest I have tested on is 2x2 so will plan to do some tests to see what could be the problem on larger regions.

You should look in the config notecard in the chicken coop and check the following:
FOODTOWER=SF Storage Rack
WATERTOWER=SF Water Tower
The names need to exactly match the name including if upper case or not etc. Also, both need to be in the same group as the coop.

If there is a product on the table and that product expires, at the moment there is no way for the table to know, so it assumes still there. This could be your issue.
The way to fix is to click on the table and select Reset
