Using an Expanded List of NPCs

You should check to makle sure that the group the NPC rezzer is set to is the same as the group the parcel is set to. If different that will cause the NPC farmer to just stand still.

he said the NPC are in the same NPC rezzer box one will work but another he rezz's dont move i told him maybe its reading from the Config-miner notecard and nothing is set for it in that with what he wants the npc to do..... i had the same problem so to check it what i did was copied the text from the Config notecard and pasted it in the config-miner note card and they both started to work because one i tryed to rezz was a miner after setting the main config into the miner notecard it was reading as a worker not a miner and started to work i also told him to make sure that the group was set on land and the NPC rezz box and that they were the same

So if the NPC was created by wearing an outfit and then using a 'create NPC' tool, just re-wear outfit along with the item "SF NPC Listener (npc must wear)" which can be found in the NPC Farmer rez pillar.   If not, you may be able to edit the NPC configuration by adding the following in the

<key>attachments</key>
add
Code:
<map>     <key>point</key>     <integer>2</integer>     <key>item</key>     <uuid>d23cd80c-71b0-479b-9947-045bd8eec4a7</uuid>     <key>asset</key>     <uuid>40e247e9-088e-4393-be93-2ea84361c281</uuid> </map>
If not sure, feel free to let me have a copy of the NPC configuration and I can take a look.

I added that set of info and she went broke, after resetting the script. I looked at the notecard, saw there was another point 2, so removed the original. No change. She rezzes fine with all attachments, just does not do any movement.

So that we can close this out and to show there was a solve to this issue. I did use what Buzzy offered but the key set has to be rezzed as a presence in your grid (or where ever that NPC is going to be used at) at least the first time. I've not yet tried it in any other grids. But I now have my issue solved - thanks Buzzy.
