Changing grids with my farm was created by a Guest

Hello everyone, I am moving to a new grid and I have questions! lol. I don't want to lose my points on the leader board so how do I do this??? Do I keep my leaderboard and transfer it to the new account? Must I sync up again with my Quintonia account? Any help will be GREATLY appreciated.
