Pregunta Sugar Pulp?

Hey, does anyone know how to make things like the t.p. roll....needs sugar pulp, have looked everywhere and no idea what makes sugar pulp to fill my roll holders...reminds me of the great t.p. shortage at the beginning of this quarantine lmao.

take the sugar cane and make sugar and sugar pulp on the mill....
I think that is it, havent done it it a while
you want to make sugar and it will give you the pulp also
